There are specialized agencies in the United States that have teams of education evaluators and researchers that would be able to help you verify your high school diploma from another country and provide you with an evaluation report of its U.S equivalency.
The transcripts can be shared in original directly by the students or electronically by the university / college they attended. They can also be shared by a secure portal online and available to download. This all depends on the issuing college resources.
